Providing a license never depends on you agreeing to marketing. You can obtain and use reStrike without opting in.

4 · The machine fingerprint

To enforce one license per machine, reStrikeOBS computes a one-way SHA-256 hash of stable hardware identifiers on your computer. This hash cannot be reversed to reveal your hardware, files or identity; it is used solely to bind a license to a device and to run the free trial. A short, human-readable "machine code" derived from it is shown to you for support and transfers.

5 · Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions under Article 28 GDPR:

We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6 · International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the EU/EEA. Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7 · How long we keep it

8 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it rectified; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time (withdrawal is as easy as giving it and does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any right, email info@re-strike.net. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority:
